Following a successful initiative last year, The International Cultures Committee would like to invite once again every Holmes student in grades K – 5 to participate in an optional, at-home creative project that explores, with a classmate, the concept of culture. Students participating in this optional, extra-curricular project will select one Holmes School classmate to interview. The interviewer will ask their classmate 4 pre-selected questions (distributed in class January 25th and available on H2H link) and record the answers on this sheet via words or pictures. The interviewer will also answer 2 bonus questions about the classmate they selected.
The initiative commences Wednesday, January 25th. Submissions are due Wednesday, February 15th.
Please encourage the children to participate, help guide them on this journey of self-discovery, and experience the pride they’ll feel sharing their unique stories and traditions with the greater Holmes community!
