Next week, Feb 6th – Feb 10th, Kids Care will be running its annual Souper Bowl of Caring event. We have one week to collect canned (or boxed) soup, crackers, and other dried food goods for the Person 2 Person Food Pantry in Darien. All classes will be divided into this year’s Super Bowl teams: Philadelphia Eagles, and Kansas City Chiefs. Please see below for your child’s team. Donation boxes labeled Eagles and Chiefs will be located in the front entryway of the school. Donations will be counted and weighed on Friday, February 10th after school. The classes on the winning team with the most donations will earn extra recess!! We hope you’ll find this is a wonderful opportunity to involve your children in giving back to our community during a year where the demand on our local food pantries is at an all-time high. Let’s all help those in need during these cold winter months by making a donation. Thank you so much for your support!
