WEDNESDAY – APRIL 19:
E is for Earth Week. Kick off Earth Week with Trash Free Wednesday. Pack a trash-free lunch and shoot for zero waste at school and home!
THURSDAY – APRIL 20:
A is Action. Celebrate Earth Day by taking action to conserve water at home and at school. Also try carpooling, taking shorter showers, turning off lights and remember no idling in your cars! Wear GREEN in honor of Earth Week.
FRIDAY – APRIL 21:
R s for Reduce, Reuse & Recycle with GARBAGE ART & FASHION – recycle garbage into clothing: shirt, hat dress, scarf or jewelry! These articles are NOT to be worn to school. They can be brought in to the Common Room on Friday, April 21 between 8:45-9:00 am to be put on display. Laura Pesce-Gray will be there to receive and arrange Garbage Art and Fashion for display in the Common Room.
MONDAY – April 24
Join us for a presentation to honor the participants at 8:30 am in the Common Room. Garbage Art & Fashion participants should wear their artwork and have fun explaining it to the crowd Monday!
