SCHOOL SUPPLY COORDINATOR
The%20school%20supply%20program%20enables%20parents%20to%20buy%20school%20supplies%20through%20the%20PTO%20in%20the%20spring%20for%20the%20following%20school%20year.
Work%20with%20the%20teachers%20in%20January%20to%20put%20together%20a%20list%20of%20supplies%20for%20their%20respective%20grades%20while%20keeping%20the%20cost%20at%20a%20minimum.
Work%20with%20the%20school%20supply%20vendor%20to%20get%20the%20supplies%20needed%20at%20the%20lowest%20cost%20possible%2C%20usually%20provide%20list%20to%20Vendor%20in%20December%20for%20discount.
Manage%20K-5%20ordering%20of%20supplies%20in%20the%20late%20spring
Count%20supplies%20on%20day%20of%20delivery%20and%20manage%20any%20supply%20errors%20with%20teachers%20and%20parents
Time Commitment
Moderate during December, Spring and first two weeks of school. Good for those with great organizational and management skills
